Everything to know before you go.

01Getting started
How do I get started?
You have two easy options. Fill out the client inquiry form and the team will reach out within 2 business days to schedule your free discovery call, or choose your planning service and pay the fee directly and I'll reach out to begin. A discovery call is welcome but not required before you book.
Why should I book with a travel advisor instead of planning on my own?
Working with a travel advisor lets you travel more intentionally and with far less stress. Instead of spending hours researching destinations, hotels, logistics and experiences, you receive a thoughtfully curated itinerary built around your travel style, pace and priorities, with support throughout planning and while you're traveling.
What types of trips do you plan?
Solo trips, duos and couples, honeymoons, group and celebration trips, bachelor and bachelorette trips, family vacations, milestone trips, weekend escapes, cruises, and corporate or brand travel, to destinations anywhere in the world.
Do you only plan luxury travel?
No. Luxury isn't defined by price. It's defined by intention, personalization, comfort and seamless coordination. Every trip is designed around the traveler's goals and preferences, and I work with a wide range of travel styles and budgets.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Florida?
Travel With Daneev is based in Orlando, Florida, and works with clients wherever they live. Discovery calls and planning are handled remotely, so you can work with me from anywhere.
How far in advance should I start planning?
As early as possible, especially for international trips, honeymoons, cruises, celebrations and group travel. Planning early usually means better availability, better pricing and more room to customize.
02Fees & payments
Do you charge a planning fee?
Yes. Every custom trip includes a planning fee based on the type of trip, its length, the destination and the coordination involved. Planning fees start at $105 and are all listed on the Services page, so you can see the price before you reach out.
Is the planning fee refundable?
No. All Travel With Daneev fees are non-refundable, because they cover professional time, research and itinerary design, whether or not the trip is taken or later changed. The one exception: if Travel With Daneev cancels, your planning fee is refunded in full.
Do you offer add-on services?
Yes. Add-ons include VIP travel concierge (I come on the trip with you), rush planning, a pre-trip planning kit, content and photo planning, multi-destination coordination, luxury celebration enhancements, and additional travelers for group and bachelor or bachelorette trips. Prices are on the Services page.
Can you plan a trip last minute?
Yes, depending on availability. Trips within 30 to 45 days of departure use rush planning, which adds a fee and has a 48 to 72 hour turnaround.
03Booking & planning
Do you book everything for me, or do I book it myself?
Either works. I can book everything for you once you sign a credit card authorization form, or I can send you the booking links so you book directly and send me your confirmations. All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms.
How long does the planning process take?
Once your planning fee is paid, allow about three weeks for your custom proposal, followed by revisions and bookings. Timing depends on the destination, group size and complexity. If you're traveling soon, rush planning is available.
Can I customize my trip?
Absolutely. Every itinerary is built from scratch around your destination, travel style, pace, interests and overall vision for the trip.
Do you plan cruises?
Yes. Cruise planning covers choosing the right cruise line, cabin and itinerary, plus pre- and post-cruise stays, excursions, transportation and how everything fits together, onboard and on land.
Do I need travel insurance?
It's strongly recommended for every traveler. Insurance can protect you against cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage and supplier problems. Review your coverage options carefully before you leave.
Do you help with passports or visas?
I can share general guidance and resources on passport and visa requirements, but each traveler is responsible for getting and keeping all required travel documents and meeting entry requirements for every destination.
04Signature Itineraries
What are Signature Itineraries?
Ready-made digital travel guides for travelers who want a professionally planned trip without full-service planning. Each one includes hotel recommendations, a day-by-day plan, dining suggestions, vetted experiences, direct booking links and a budget breakdown (budgets don't include flights from home).
How do I receive my itinerary?
It's emailed to you as soon as your order is complete. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Will you book my Signature Itinerary for me?
No. Signature Itineraries are do-it-yourself guides: you book everything using the links inside. Booking help and ongoing support aren't included, and all sales are final. If you'd like me to plan and book for you, choose a custom planning service instead.
Can I share or post my itinerary?
Itineraries are for your personal use only. Please don't share, post, resell or pass one off as your own. Full details are in the Signature Itinerary Terms of Use & Liability Notice.
05While you travel
Do you offer support while I'm traveling?
Yes. Mid-trip support comes with every planning service, for adjustments, recommendations and help when you need it. If you'd like me there in person, the VIP travel concierge add-on brings me on the trip for on-demand coordination.
What happens if my flight is canceled or delayed?
Airlines are responsible for their own disruptions, but I'll support and guide you wherever possible to help you work through schedule changes, delays or cancellations.
