Before Your Call

To ensure we make the most of our time together, all clients are required to complete the travel intake form at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled discovery call. This allows for a more focused and personalized conversation, ensuring we can spend your call time refining your travel vision rather than gathering basic details.

If the intake form has not been submitted within the required timeframe, your appointment may be rescheduled to allow adequate preparation. In such cases, you will receive a gentle email reminder with available alternative time slots to ensure we still connect at a time that allows for a fully prepared and meaningful consultation.
