Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Travel With Daneev, every itinerary is intentionally designed and thoughtfully curated to provide a seamless and personalized travel experience. Because travel planning services involve extensive research, coordination, supplier communication, itinerary development, and ongoing client support, the following cancellation policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the time invested into each booking.
By submitting payment for services or moving forward with itinerary planning, clients acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Travel Planning Fees
Travel planning fees cover the professional time, research, itinerary development, supplier coordination, communication, and customized planning services associated with your trip.
Planning fees may include, but are not limited to:
Destination research
Accommodation sourcing
Supplier communication
Itinerary design
Reservation coordination
Travel consultation calls
Transportation research
Dining and activity recommendations
Group coordination
Ongoing planning support
Administrative processing
Pre-departure support
Because work begins immediately after onboarding and consultation, all planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once services have commenced.
Payment of a planning fee does not guarantee pricing, supplier availability, room categories, airfare availability, upgrades, or reservation confirmation until bookings have been officially secured and confirmed.
2. Client-Initiated Trip Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a trip after planning services have begun or bookings have been confirmed, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Any refunds, credits, or penalties related to accommodations, airfare, cruises, excursions, transportation providers, or travel suppliers are subject solely to the cancellation terms and conditions of the individual supplier.
Travel With Daneev is not responsible for:
Supplier cancellation penalties
Non-refundable deposits
Airline fare restrictions
Expired travel credits
Vendor processing fees
Reservation change fees
Currency fluctuations
Supplier bankruptcy or operational closure
Clients acknowledge that some reservations, promotional fares, group contracts, cruises, villas, tours, and specialty bookings may be fully non-refundable at the time of booking.
3. Supplier Terms & Conditions

Hotels
Resorts
Airlines
Cruise lines
Tour operators
Transportation companies
Activity providers
Vacation rental companies
Hospitality vendors
Each supplier maintains its own:
cancellation policy

payment deadlines
supplier terms and conditions
Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier policies prior to confirming bookings.
Travel With Daneev is not liable for supplier schedule changes, operational interruptions, overbookings, force majeure events, service failures, or vendor disputes.
4. Changes & Modifications
Requests for itinerary revisions, destination changes, additional travelers, date changes, or significant modifications after planning has begun may require additional planning fees depending on the scope and complexity of requested adjustments.
Examples of significant modifications include:
Changing destinations
Changing travel dates
Rebuilding an itinerary
Adding multiple travelers
Switching suppliers or accommodations
Rebooking canceled travel
Last-minute restructuring
Minor revisions may be accommodated at no additional cost at the discretion of Travel With Daneev.
Extensive modifications requiring substantial replanning may result in:
revised planning fees
additional research fees
rush planning fees
new service agreements
5. Rush Planning & Expedited Services
Rush planning services are subject to additional fees due to compressed planning timelines and expedited coordination requirements.
Rush service fees are non-refundable once planning work has begun, regardless of whether travel is ultimately booked or completed.
Availability for expedited services is not guaranteed and depends on destination availability, supplier response times, and overall trip complexity.
6. Group Travel Policies
Group travel planning involves significantly increased coordination and communication. Group organizers are responsible for ensuring all travelers understand:
payment deadlines
cancellation terms
supplier policies
itinerary requirements
travel documentation requirements
Travel With Daneev is not responsible for:
traveler disputes
guest cancellations
roommate conflicts
missed payments by group participants
group member no-shows
participant-related booking changes
Group pricing, accommodations, and contracted rates may change if group size decreases after deposits or reservations have been secured.
Additional planning or coordination fees may apply for:
late participant additions
extensive group changes
separate payment arrangements
custom group coordination requests
7. Airfare Policies
Airfare pricing and availability are highly dynamic and subject to change until ticketed.
Unless otherwise specified, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving airfare selections before ticket issuance.
If Travel With Daneev processes flight bookings on behalf of a client, a signed credit card authorization form may be required prior to ticketing.
Travel With Daneev is not responsible for:
airline schedule changes
seat assignment changes
airline cancellations
baggage fees
missed connections
denied boarding
airline operational disruptions
airfare increases before ticketing
Many airfare bookings are non-refundable and may carry change penalties or airline-issued travel credits only.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Travel insurance may provide protection for:
trip cancellations
trip interruptions
medical emergencies
delayed travel
baggage loss
supplier disruptions
weather-related interruptions
emergency evacuations
Clients are responsible for reviewing policy coverage details and selecting a policy appropriate for their travel needs.
Declining travel insurance constitutes acknowledgment that the client accepts financial responsibility for any losses, disruptions, or cancellation costs that may occur.
Travel With Daneev is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee coverage approval or reimbursement outcomes.
9. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for:
obtaining valid passports
securing visas
meeting destination entry requirements
understanding vaccination requirements
complying with customs regulations
reviewing government travel advisories
Travel With Daneev may provide general guidance or resources when possible; however, clients are responsible for independently verifying all documentation requirements with the appropriate government authorities.

Travel With Daneev shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, losses, injuries, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
weather events
natural disasters
acts of terrorism
government restrictions

supplier insolvency
pandemics
civil unrest
transportation disruptions
public health emergencies
In such cases, all refunds, credits, and recovery options remain subject to supplier policies and travel insurance coverage.
11. Concierge & Add-On Services
Add-on services including concierge support, celebration enhancements, content planning, transportation coordination, or itinerary upgrades are subject to destination availability and third-party supplier participation.
Travel With Daneev coordinates these services but does not directly operate or guarantee third-party vendor performance.
Additional vendor-specific terms, deposits, and cancellation policies may apply depending on the service requested.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By submitting payment for planning services, consultations, itineraries, or travel coordination, clients acknowledge receipt and acceptance of these terms.
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for completed planning services, consultation time, research, itinerary creation, administrative processing, or confirmed reservations without valid legal cause may result in:
immediate termination of services
cancellation of future support
forfeiture of travel planning materials
denial of future bookings
Travel planning services are time-based professional services and are considered fulfilled once planning work has been completed or delivered.
13. Communication & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
reviewing all travel documents
confirming traveler names match passports exactly
reviewing reservation details
monitoring payment deadlines
responding to planning requests in a timely manner
Travel With Daneev is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
Failure to respond to requests for approvals, payments, or confirmations may impact itinerary timelines, pricing, or reservation availability.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By paying a planning fee, submitting a travel inquiry, approving bookings, or continuing with services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined within this Cancellation Policy.
