Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Travel with Daneev provides personalized travel planning and consulting services, including but not limited to itinerary design, accommodation coordination, transportation planning, destination recommendations, activity and excursion suggestions, dining recommendations, and general travel-related advisory services (collectively, the “Services”).

Daneev Imbert is an independent travel advisor operating through Luxx Escapes. While services may be marketed under the Luxx Escapes brand, clients acknowledge that they will work directly with Daneev Imbert throughout the planning process.

All Services are advisory and planning-based in nature. Travel with Daneev does not own, operate, manage, or control any airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, or other third-party travel suppliers. We do not act as a travel retailer or wholesaler and are not responsible for the delivery of third-party travel services.

By engaging our Services, clients authorize Travel with Daneev to research, coordinate, and facilitate travel arrangements on their behalf with third-party suppliers.

2. Planning Fees & Payment Processing

All planning fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted and processed. Payment of the planning fee confirms the client’s commitment to engage Travel with Daneev for the agreed-upon Services.

The planning fee compensates for professional time, research, itinerary development, supplier coordination, consultation, and ongoing planning support. The planning fee does not include airfare, accommodations, excursions, transportation, travel insurance, resort fees, taxes, gratuities, or any third-party supplier costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Final trip costs are separate from the planning fee and remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.

PayPal Processing Fees

Payments submitted via PayPal are subject to a processing fee of 3.9% plus $0.49 per transaction. The total charged amount will therefore include both the planning fee and applicable transaction fees.

Travel with Daneev reserves the right to require alternative payment methods for certain bookings or invoice amounts.

3. Booking and Payment

All travel arrangements are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking. Quotes are not guaranteed until confirmed by the applicable supplier and paid in full or by required deposit.

Clients must pay the applicable non-refundable planning fee before any planning or booking work begins.

Remaining balances for airfare, accommodations, excursions, transportation, or other travel components must be paid according to the payment terms established by the applicable third-party supplier. Unless otherwise stated, final payment is generally due no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Failure to submit payment by supplier deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations, loss of deposits, additional fees, or changes in pricing, for which Travel with Daneev shall not be responsible.

Accepted methods of payment include bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other officially approved payment channels.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All planning fees paid to Travel with Daneev are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, changes in personal circumstances, medical emergencies, weather events, government restrictions, or supplier disruptions.

Any cancellations involving third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, cruise lines, transportation providers, or excursion companies, are governed exclusively by the cancellation and refund policies of those suppliers.

Refund eligibility, cancellation penalties, future travel credits, or reimbursement amounts are determined solely by the applicable supplier and may vary based on timing, fare class, booking type, and promotional restrictions.

Travel with Daneev is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, denied refunds, or processing delays.

5. Changes by the Client

Clients requesting modifications to travel dates, passenger names, destinations, accommodations, transportation, or other itinerary details must submit requests in writing.

Requested changes are subject to supplier availability, pricing adjustments, and third-party approval. Additional planning fees, administrative fees, supplier penalties, or fare increases may apply.

Travel with Daneev cannot guarantee that requested modifications will be possible once bookings have been confirmed.

6. Changes by the Company

Travel with Daneev reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel travel arrangements or planning services in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government advisories, pandemics, transportation interruptions, supplier insolvency, labor strikes, political instability, or force majeure events.

In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements, supplier credits, or applicable refunds when available through third-party providers.

Travel with Daneev shall not be liable for losses, expenses, or damages resulting from such disruptions.

7. Travel Documents and Insurance

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, identification documents, vaccination records, entry permits, and any other documentation required by domestic or international authorities.

Travel with Daneev is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, missed departures, or additional costs resulting from incomplete, invalid, or expired documentation.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and should ideally include coverage for trip cancellation, travel delays, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, supplier default, and lost or stolen belongings.

Clients acknowledge that declining travel insurance may increase personal financial risk.

8. Liability

Travel with Daneev acts solely as an independent intermediary between the client and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, cruise operators, and local tour providers.

We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, errors, delays, cancellations, injuries, property damage, illness, death, inconvenience, or financial losses caused by any third-party supplier or circumstances outside our direct control.

Clients understand that travel may involve risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, political instability, transportation disruptions, illness, accidents, or supplier operational failures. By engaging our Services, clients voluntarily assume all such risks associated with travel.

9. Complaints

Any issues or complaints regarding services provided during travel must be reported immediately to the applicable tour representative, hotel, supplier, or local operator at the time the issue occurs so the supplier has the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter directly.

As Travel with Daneev provides travel planning and advisory services only, we are not the direct provider of transportation, accommodations, excursions, or other travel-related services. Any compensation, refund, reimbursement, or dispute relating to third-party travel services shall be governed solely by the policies and decisions of the applicable supplier or operator.

No refunds will be issued by Travel with Daneev for dissatisfaction, interruptions, or issues arising from third-party supplier services outside of the planning services provided.

If a matter remains unresolved during travel, the client must submit a formal written complaint within 3 days of returning from the trip. Failure to provide written notice within this timeframe may affect the ability to pursue compensation or resolution through the applicable supplier.

Travel with Daneev may assist in facilitating communication and documentation between the traveler and the applicable supplier, provided the complaint is submitted in writing within the required timeframe.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, itineraries, travel guides, graphics, written materials, templates, website content, and other intellectual property associated with Travel with Daneev are the exclusive property of Travel with Daneev unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, resell, or commercially use any materials without prior written consent.

Custom itineraries created for clients are intended for personal use only.

11. Limitation of Liability

Travel with Daneev provides planning and advisory services on an “as-is” basis.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any travel supplier, accommodation, activity, or destination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel with Daneev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, missed connections, financial loss, personal injury, illness, or travel disruptions.

The maximum liability of Travel with Daneev for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Travel with Daneev for planning services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from these Terms or from Services provided by Travel with Daneev shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

Travel with Daneev reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services or website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
