PLANNING FEES & PROCESS OVERVIEW
Planning fees are listed as base rates and vary based on the number of travelers, trip type, and any add-on services selected. All fees are non-refundable and collected prior to the start of your itinerary build.
Solo, duo, couple, honeymoon, group, bachelor & bachelorette, and cruise travel planning fees are available for direct purchase on this page. Corporate and brand travel planning has a base fee and may require additional add-on fees depending on the full scope of the trip — please submit an inquiry for a tailored proposal.
Group travel planning starts at $600 for up to 4 travelers, with an additional $100 per person beyond that. Bachelor and bachelorette trips start at $850 for up to 5 people, with an additional $100 per person beyond that. Additional travelers can be added directly at checkout using the Additional Traveler add-on, which applies to all group bookings including bachelor and bachelorette trips.
During your discovery call, we will review your travel vision in detail, confirm your final planning fee, and determine the right structure and add-ons for your trip.
While I position my services within the luxury travel space, accessibility and transparency remain an important part of the planning experience. I am always open to discussing budgets, expectations, and how we can best align your trip with what you are comfortable investing. My goal is to create a travel experience that feels intentional, realistic, and well-matched to your needs.
IMPORTANT BOOKING & PAYMENT NOTE
For all travel arrangements, I can assist with research, coordination, and planning support. I also assist with booking logistics on your behalf.
However, if you would like me to directly process payments or complete bookings using your payment method, a signed credit card authorization form will be required prior to any transactions being made. This ensures security, transparency, and proper authorization for all travel purchases.
All bookings are subject to availability and third-party supplier terms.

Your planning fee covers my time and expertise in building your trip: destination research and recommendations, a custom day-by-day itinerary, hotel and resort sourcing, curated activities, dining and experiences, coordination with suppliers on your behalf, and support before you travel. It does not include the cost of the trip itself. Flights, hotels, tours and travel insurance are paid separately to each supplier. Fees listed on this page are base rates, and add-ons such as extra travelers or rush planning are added at checkout.

No. You can purchase your planning service directly on this page, and I will reach out to you to get started. If you would rather talk first, you are welcome to book a complimentary discovery call. Corporate and brand travel starts with an inquiry so I can prepare a tailored proposal.

No. All planning and add-on fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted and processed. The one exception is if I cancel an engagement before any work has begun, in which case your planning fee is refunded in full.

Once your planning fee is paid, allow about three weeks for your custom proposal, followed by revisions and bookings. Timing varies with the destination, group size and complexity of the trip. If you are traveling soon, add Rush Trip Planning at checkout.

Either way works. I can book everything for you once you have signed a credit card authorization form, or I can send you the booking links so you book directly and send me your confirmations.
