PLANNING FEES & PROCESS OVERVIEW

Planning fees are listed as base rates and vary based on the number of travelers, trip type, and any add-on services selected. All fees are non-refundable and collected prior to the start of your itinerary build.

Solo, duo, couple, honeymoon, group, bachelor & bachelorette, and cruise travel planning fees are available for direct purchase on this page. Corporate and brand travel planning has a base fee and may require additional add-on fees depending on the full scope of the trip — please submit an inquiry for a tailored proposal.

Group travel planning starts at $600 for up to 3 travelers, with an additional $150 per person beyond that. Bachelor and bachelorette trips start at $850 for up to 5 people, with an additional $150 per person beyond that. Additional travelers can be added directly at checkout using the Additional Traveler add-on, which applies to all group bookings including bachelor and bachelorette trips.

During your discovery call, we will review your travel vision in detail, confirm your final planning fee, and determine the right structure and add-ons for your trip.

While I position my services within the luxury travel space, accessibility and transparency remain an important part of the planning experience. I am always open to discussing budgets, expectations, and how we can best align your trip with what you are comfortable investing. My goal is to create a travel experience that feels intentional, realistic, and well-matched to your needs.

IMPORTANT BOOKING & PAYMENT NOTE

For all travel arrangements, I can assist with research, coordination, and planning support. I also assist with booking logistics on your behalf.

However, if you would like me to directly process payments or complete bookings using your payment method, a signed credit card authorization form will be required prior to any transactions being made. This ensures security, transparency, and proper authorization for all travel purchases.
