Every itinerary is customized, and pricing varies depending on the level of support and services involved. Base planning fees are listed on the Services page, and your final fee is confirmed during your complimentary discovery call to ensure transparency and alignment before moving forward.

No. Planning fees compensate for professional time, research, and itinerary design, so they are earned upon receipt and non-refundable, whether or not the trip is taken or later changed. The one exception is if Travel With Daneev cancels an engagement before any work has begun, in which case the planning fee is refunded in full.

Absolutely. Every itinerary is customized to reflect your destination preferences, travel style, pace, interests, and overall vision for the trip. Recommendations are thoughtfully curated based on your individual travel goals and desired experience.

Either works. Travel With Daneev handles the research, coordination, and planning, and can assist with booking logistics on your behalf. If you would like us to process payments or complete bookings using your payment method, a signed credit card authorization form is required before any transaction is made. All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms.

Yes — depending on destination availability and travel timing. Last-minute travel planning may require expedited coordination and is subject to a rush planning fee depending on the complexity and timeline of the request.

Yes. Cruise travel planning is one of our specialized services. We assist with cruise selection, itinerary recommendations, accommodations, pre- and post-cruise coordination, excursions, transportation logistics, and overall travel flow to ensure a seamless experience both onboard and throughout your destination journey.

Signature Itineraries are ready-made digital travel guides for travelers who want a professionally planned trip without full-service planning. Each one includes accommodation recommendations, a day-by-day schedule, dining suggestions, vetted experiences, direct booking links and a budget breakdown. You receive it by email once your order is complete and book everything yourself. Booking and ongoing support aren't included, and all sales are final.

Yes. Travel With Daneev offers a variety of elevated add-on services designed to enhance your overall travel experience. Available add-ons include VIP travel concierge (on-trip support), rush trip planning, a pre-trip planning kit, content and photo planning support, multi-destination travel coordination, luxury celebration enhancements, and additional travelers for group and bachelor or bachelorette trips.

While airlines maintain responsibility for operational disruptions, Travel With Daneev provides support and guidance whenever possible to help travelers navigate unexpected schedule changes, delays, or cancellations. If flights are booked on your behalf, a signed credit card authorization form may be required prior to ticketing.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance may provide protection for cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, supplier interruptions, and other unforeseen travel situations. We encourage all clients to review coverage options carefully before departure.

Travel With Daneev may provide general guidance and travel resources regarding passport or visa requirements; however, travelers are ultimately responsible for securing and maintaining all required travel documentation, visas, and entry requirements for their destination(s).

We recommend beginning the planning process as early as possible, especially for international travel, honeymoon travel, cruises, celebration travel, and group experiences. Earlier planning generally allows for greater availability, pricing flexibility, and overall itinerary customization.

Once your planning fee is paid, allow about three weeks for your custom proposal, followed by revisions and bookings. Timing varies with the destination, group size, and complexity of the trip. If you are traveling soon, rush planning may be available.

Yes. Depending on your selected service and itinerary, on-trip support may be included throughout the duration of your travels for adjustments, recommendations, and general travel assistance when needed.
