VIP Travel Concierge — On-Trip Support $300 per day
Your planning does not stop when you board the plane. With VIP Travel Concierge, your travel advisor joins you on the trip for in-person, on-demand coordination — restaurant changes, rebooking, last-minute recommendations, or anything unexpected that comes up on the ground.
Select the number of days you would like coverage at checkout (2-day minimum), or reach out to discuss full-trip support pricing. In addition to the daily rate, the client covers the advisor's round-trip flight, lodging, meals, and ground transportation for the trip. These travel expenses are billed separately at cost.
Best for: honeymoons, international trips, first-time destinations, and any trip where peace of mind is non-negotiable.
